About Me
Mine is a lifelong journey and heartship with the animals and nature, always leading me into greater knowing. They have been my foremost teachers in this work and quickly taught me that greater connection and communication with them, just means greater knowing with myself and everyone - all animals, us humans too, in physical or in spirit. None of us separated or divided here. They are all-ways - in all ways and at all times - communicating connection to us. And they have gotten me to this place of possibility that I am today. This is sacred activism, our first right to champion in everything.
Being of service to animals and people through creating and promoting healing, understanding, connection, and possibility is my greatest honor and joy - and it grows every single day in this work. I have been an empath, deeply purpose driven, and communicating with animals since childhood, striving to learn from, listen to, and give them a greater voice in the world. In return, I have received deeply insightful and practical wisdom full of sincerity, heart, and humor for us all. And this has grown into my life's work today of soul communication with and for all.
I have over 30 years of professional experience in animal advocacy, education, care, healing, rescue (including as a rescue team leader during Katrina), assisting with their transition as a euthanasia technician, and have been featured in two books.
I hold a BS in Biology, am a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist of the Cayce/Reilly School of Massage, an AAMET Level II EFT & Usui Reiki Level II practitioner, completed Channeling Intensive Certification and Neurolinguistic Programming training at the Association for Research & Enlightenment, and completed Animal Communication I & II training in England with Pea Horsley (the UK's top animal communicator).
I am also a member of Sara Landon's Advanced Masters Class Community, the Global White Lion Protection Trust's HEARTpride, and enrolled in their 13 Laws of Lion Hearted Leadership course, and have taken several classes with Wynter Worsthorne of Animal Talk Africa. I've also worked for many years in holistic health care as a therapist and practice manager, and caring for at risk, homeless, disabled, and senior populations. I deeply care about and am drawn to the underserved and the potential in us all.
I am a grounded and driven soul activist, advocate, seeker, teacher, connector, and healer at heart - and continually work on and enjoy learning the more in everything. I have a deeply ingrained curiosity and knack for figuring things out, creative problem solving and organizing, finding and understanding greater connections and humor in everything, and creating ways to make things that seem impossible possible. I am a lifelong student, enjoy language and writing, being in nature, and learning how to fix things. And I am most passionate about learning, teaching, creating, and connecting in this soul knowingness, healing grief in all of its' forms, and serving in my greatest capacity here.

Understanding Energy
Everything is energy and as such communicates expansively, connectedly, and multi-sensorily. It can be heard, seen, and felt in all different ways. There are so many amazing examples all around us that we often forget about or don't see all of the connections and possibilities. Here are just a fascinating few:

Sound waves of sonography that produce actual images of the inside of our bodies and are used to move, to break up kidney stones

Electrical energy of our heartbeat, brainwaves, and nervous system that powers us and activates our senses, all of the diagnostic equipment that measures us as energy, even defibrillators that deliver electricity to restore the heartbeat

Our very bones and DNA are piezoelectric and hold and produce an electrical charge, as do crystals and rocks - when struck together can produce fire

Powerful magnets used in magnetic resonance imaging to produce the most intricate images of the innermost parts of our bodies

Magnetic fields that allow us to navigate our world and know where we are in it, to produce coordinates and satellites to use our cell phones and computers

Air that we breathe that gives us life and wind energy captured by turbines and that allows planes to fly

Water that covers most of our planet, sustaining all life, providing transport and electricity through hydropower - and of which we are mostly made of and carries every chemical communication within the body

Gravity that holds us, our homes, our cars, our planet in place

All the varied forms of light - solar energy of the sun, navigational energy of the stars, and lunar energy of the moon that draws the tides and tracks our time and seasons
It is all energy, it all fuels, it all creates - and in multi-dimensional ways. It is abundantly in us and around us in all times and in all ways - even sight unseen.
My feline soul sister Zoe communicates frequently with prisms and rainbows. She draws my attention to them everywhere, to both show her presence and as a reminder of possibility. This is a gift from her on a grey winter day. A small beam of sunlight shining upon a clear water dispenser on my kitchen counter - at exactly the right angle and time of day, with exactly the right level of water to project this incredible message onto the wall.
